Initially the matress that I ordered on line was out of stock at the Antioch Store, that I ordered it from . I was supposed to Initially receive it on Wednesday. However, I was told they were out. As a result, Susan received a call, from the Antioch store, to reserve a matress set for me. Susan pulled the matress set right away, holding it for me, so that the store In Antioch could pick it up from her store and deliver it to me. However, for whatever reason, the Antioch store never picked it up, so they could deliver it to me. They were supposed to deliver it on Friday, once they picked it up from the Antioch store, along with the sofa that I purchased., but for whatever reason, it didn't happen. I called the Goodlettsville store, expressing my concerns to Susan. She listened, with understanding. Then she went above an beyond, the call of duty, making sure that she set up a delivery to come straight from her store, since for whatever reason, the Antioch store did not pick up my matress set as they promised, so they could deliver it to me, .
